When you purchase darts from DartsBidder:

• All prices are in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where required.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe at checkout.
• Shipping costs are shown at checkout and depend on the option you select.
• Orders are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after payment, we will issue a full refund.
• Items are described accurately; condition is graded honestly (New, Like New, Good, Fair, Used).

When you submit a sell request:

• You confirm you are the legal owner of the darts and have the right to sell them.
• Submitting a request does not guarantee an offer. We review each submission and respond within 24 hours.
• Any offer we make is valid for 7 days from the date sent.
• If you accept an offer, you agree to send the darts to us. We will arrange payment upon receipt and inspection.
• If the darts do not match the description or photos provided, we reserve the right to revise or withdraw the offer.

Due to the nature of second-hand goods:

• If an item is significantly not as described, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.
• Items must be returned in the condition received.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Our sell offers are not returnable once payment has been made to you.
